@chenando1 Assuming he was hetero to begin with, she would be more natural as a lesbian now in the girl's body. However, somehow his behavior in his old friend's company in the first chapter made me think he could have been gay all along, in which case becoming a girl would actually make him/her hetero in practice.

Why can't we ever get a story where the romance interest has the looks of the chick that hates the MC? They tend to have pretty nice character models but are always the cannon fodder. I DEMAND YURI!
