Man, he definitely noticed the bruise. That's not the thing that you miss just because you don't care about the person you're talking to. He probably just didn't make the connection that it was the same as "the girl's" bruise, because, seriously, why would he assume that they were the same person?
It's a bit ridiculous to randomly think "Hey! I think this guy is actually the girl I was just talking to even though their bodies are obviously different!" Even if the evidence was there, your brain filters out things that you know / believe are impossible.
He probably noticed the bruise but just didn't feel like it was his place to say anything + he was intent on going after the girl who just ran away after having an obvious panic attack, you know?
But of course, Inose seems to have a bit of a persecution complex, so... it's not that strange that he would assume the worst of the guy, even if he does have a crush on him.

This MC low key kinda sucks (in a good way). Like wdym "laughing stock," seems they were laughing at the guy not knowing your name and being wrong about shit. And yeah it'd be "surprising if [the prince] is gay," cause then the girl saying it would have no chance with him. And the self victimizing "he didn't even notice that I was bruised, how could he not know I got genderbent." A very human emotional reaction resulting from trauma. Love it, he is so infuriating. If it's done on purpose. If the author is playing it straight and MC's supposed to be right about his conclusions, then that's lame

I think itll be interesting either way. I have a good feeling about this manga so far even if it is only 2 chapters in. If he stays a guy and its BL then thats great. if he ends up being trans and stays a woman thats also great.

Are you being insufferable (in a bad away) on purpose? He did turn him into a laughing stock, whether it was on purpose or not. They weren’t asking if he was gay out of pure and wholesome curiosity. Their attitude was nonchalant and mean-spirited. Do you seriously think that MC doesn’t have the right to be angry at being called gay in front of his classmates, and then being poked and prodded for an answer? This is akin to being called an atheist in a muslim country. It’s not meant to be an innocent interaction. If by some miracle ML didn’t mean any harm, then he must be the most oblivious and clueless guy in existence. Did god send you to test me? Are you a social experiment? Love it. Are you always this clueless? A very human trait resulting from being a little bitch.

Somehow you're proving my initial point. You may have objections to my comment, maybe it's stemming from some trauma I don't know about, nor should I. But your response is far overblown and you are hurting yourself and even more people that have not even done anything to you.
And considering you have made an entire new account just to hide behind and attack me, I truly think you need to take a break from TikTok, Twitter, or whatever it is that is fueling your need to act this way. Digital self harm isn't good, and there are resources out there and people that will not listen. But not strangers on the internet. Especially not on a manga scanlation forum.

I don't quite believe that. This behavior is not something someone who is not hurting inside would have. Calling someone "rapeable" is not something someone who is doing okay would say. Insulting others because you assume they can take it is not acceptable behavior. Please do some introspection, for your own sake. It is not good for your own mental health to continue lashing out at others out of your own pain
