@kendama Are the notes about genetics on page 24 the author’s or the translator’s? I suspect it’s the author because there’s no indication that it’s a TL note, but would like to confirm. Assuming it’s the author, I find insights into writers’ thoughts like this interesting.
@BilliusX No, these are mine. The TSer forgot to add TL/N to them. I mean, the author wouldn't be saying what he wrote in the panels himself is wrong, right? 😅
@Kendama Got it, thanks for clarifying. Yes, the contradiction would be strange. Knowing next nothing about genetics or it’s history, my thought was that the figure the scientist gave may have been considered accurate at the time the flashback took place.
Considering that they passed out for hours the first time they swapped, it might be for the best that they didn't get around to pulling those triggers before the grenade rolled into the room.
