Just shoot them a dm or try to snag them on discord you can find out who has admin privileges by going to the member tab<staff.
Also now that I see where you posted this this should've gone to support probably would've been helped faster imo.

Email support@mangadex.org from the email tied to your account stating what you want it changed to, after making sure it's available first of course (check https://mangadex.org/users)
