With the reveal that she has actual weaknesses based on supernatural myths, her shrinking would make a whole lot of sense.

Shapeshifting is one of vampires OG powers in myths.

It could just be a midpoint form between human, and the classic small bat form for all we know.

you rarely see mangas using that aspect of vampires but on the time they do, they just delegate it as them being extremely good with fashion and makeup/prosthetics
