There are probability that both families are supportive but this is a speculation for now. She is probably the closest to a childhood friend which can both a blessing & a curse.

But the MC is highly likely to be the centre of a black hole, although he seems doesn't lack any kind of social skill & friend.

A straight out confession is always the fastest & the strongest attack for someone like him.

Anyway, imagine a new challenger appear with a title drop. It gonna be peak!

Pretty good first chapter. Generally decent plotting and paneling, and the title drops were a big laugh. Question is...has the author shown their full hand already or will they succeed at parodying all these tropes?

That COULD be interesting, but it can still all boil down to a typical harem of girls who like the guy but can't properly say it, he knows it and doesn't do anything about it, yadda yadda yadda.
Is not like Harems don't get the occasional straight forward girl but usually you have a situation where either the guy is in too deep with one of the girls that he does not feel like getting involved with her OR he is too much of a lazy shit to put in the effort of trying to have a relationship.

I posted my last comment before reading the chapter to poke fun at the name but hold the fuck up. This is actually pretty good! It's delightfully self-aware and seems to relish in all the romcom tropes that it's utilizing to the fullest for actual comedy. This one could be a winner.

I think these series that play off the tropes in a humorous way can be quite good. It’s the same author as Danjoru, so it’s bound to be at least half-way decent.
