Why not? I mean the show introduced the other haremettes as acting like they typically do in Romcoms without actually really trying, the girl who actually puts her effort deserve to win, why shouldn't it be otherwise?

Good, because technically they had their chance, I think they are basically just henchman tier enemies who never choose to rise up, they don't deserve the same spot at the table, if the story just gives them equal footing is gonna take a lot longer before anything is accomplished.

I am still wondering whats that "dark past" of MC, and is his sister just a sis-con or an evil being, cause I think it was mentioned she stole his position somehow. Would be cool if someone could spoiler it - cause it wont change the "romancing" part, just will remove the "dark past drama" out of the picture, making the cute stuff shine brighter if you will

The entire premise of the story is that there are losing heroines that are pitted against the one that 'defies romcom tropes convention".

Acting like they don't deserve to have their place in the actual plot is denying the entire point of the manga.
