Chapter i uploaded, isn't approved, again?

I was working with the Indonesia translation on the manga called "Tsui no taimashi –ender geister–"
When i first upload a chapter, it told me to wait for it to get approved so i wait and nothing's happen, suddenly i remember that i didn't put any volume number into it so i uploaded another one, wait and get nothing again, suddenly i remember again that i put the wrong volume number so i upload another one again. And again it didn't get approved yet(?).
Is there something wrong that i didn't notice on my works??

I am certain that i waited for about more than 2 days for the last 2 uploads i did. And the newest one, tomorrow will be the 2nd day. I just didn't have any confidence to it so i asked if perhaps i did something wrong or some. I did every procedure beforehand though, or maybe there's a mistake..?
I think I'll just wait a bit and then contact the staff directly i guess

You might ask in the Support channel on the Discord - that seems to get a quicker response a lot of the time, and would let you explain the repeated uploads if someone asks about that.
