If he only has five days left and sleeps for a whole day after sex then he isn't exactly going to be enjoying much of a harem if he has to start with no harem. Cause each time you fuck a girl and add her to the harem you lose a day. This could be solved if he dominates time to make the time till the hero fights him longer, but I don't think the author is gonna exactly be thinking very hard about this. Also I bet the hero turns into a woman and is added to the harem.
