Granny meets another nice woman in rehab and they have "oops" moments where they fall into each other very romantically. Then they meet up for lunch in the cafeteria every day. When Granny is about to be discharged she gets sad and has to admit to herself that she will regret not saying anything to the other nice woman and confesses! And then they agree to continue seeing each other outside the hospital! And then they move in together and live happily ever after!!! The End!!!

Epilogue: Mari & Arisa go on double dates with the Granny couple for sweets.
