But, to be honest, I can't with people like her: I start to panic when I can't get rid of someone that doesn't want to understand the meaning of "no" and then grabs me... It gives me goosebumps and this unexplainable feeling of disgust and fear that makes my mind go blank and all my instincts just lead me to want to shake that person away asap even if I have to slap their hands away and pass as a very rude person... I wonder why I have that reaction since I've never had any traumatic experiences that I can think of 🤔
