I agree; the idea is prominent in another manga that I like (whose scanlator dropped two years ago without word), Bijo to Kenja to Majin no Ken. The differences between this manga and that, however, are that the protagonist of that manga gets his power from the female lead exclusively and that he's not a weak, cumbrained horndog like Cherio appears to be: he has agency both on the battlefield and off, to start. The women in his group don't lead him around: he's at least on equal terms with them, serving as a strategist in my memory--until he needs an upper hand in the form of the weapons he gets from that female lead; at this point, he takes the lead in combat, going from capable support to the frontline warrior capable of turning the tide of battle.

That's one of my three complaints about this manga: that the MC's effectively a weak loser unless one of the girls around him makes something more of him. The author should have gone the Hyoudou Issei route, instead.

I thought Uriel's size was 99J? Well, she's a long-haired blonde with blue eyes that don't make her look as if she's constantly trying to intimidate someone--and she's set up as the female lead/first girl, so perhaps I should know better than to expect unconditionally positive depiction of her. In the previous chapter, she was first presented as being busty via the MC's gushing (though she wasn't), and only truly ended up with a large bust in the groping scene--soon after which she deflated to what you see in this chapter.

Of course, the one thing that is consistent is the presence of a loli character. Can't afford to omit that or get it wrong, can you?
