It's ok to not give up that easily on the girl you like as long as you are civil, but if things didn't work out at all after they went drinking and then proceed to pester the hell out of the girl, blow up her phone and out right suck the life energy out of her in a couple of days, then an ass whooping is in order. The worst part is that after getting rejected (for a second time) in an extremely clear way to let him know that his chances with her were absolute zero, he proceeds to get physical, you can be as clueless and innocent as you like but to think that you are entitled to take up all the time and effort of the girl just beause you like her is delusional behavior, get a hint and get lost.
