This would be group evasion, and if a user attempts this they will be banned from uploading chapters.

Either wait for the group to upload it, or submit an inactivity request after the group has become inactive so the group can be unlocked.

Chapters should only be uploaded with accurate group affiliation.

Six months with no uploads is considered inactive, yes.
