The English TL was done by IXIA WORKS, which is a pro company. I'm fairly sure somebody uploaded it and didn't post IXIA as the scanlator (because they couldn't - t's locked) and it was deleted by the mods. It's on exhentai. Copy the title and search there, it should come up.
