Yeah, because the matchmaker in love trope NEVER ends with the matchmaker winning in the end... /s
Well, the other girl have the name on the title, the manga premise revolves around her spoiling MC chances on romance, and MC is starting to catch feelings for her, the odds are stacked against Yukihira.

I see this type of setup often but no one ever seems to bring it up even though it doesn't really work in English.

On page 5, we get an example of the common trope where someone is trying to interrupt someone else (who is usually about to leave) by blurting out an object. In this case, Arima tries to stop Yukihira by saying "brow" and then the next page, he goes on to say "My brow...". In the original Japanese script, he just repeats himself by saying "眉" again.

This is something that works in Japanese because its word order is subject-object-verb but not in English which is subject-verb-object. It's also common in Japanese to drop pronouns because it's implied whereas you would need to state that in English.

Anyways I just wanted to point this out as something that doesn't translate 1:1 to English.

People think its sunk, but i can see it coming back if she's denying her own feelings for her best friend. Personally im for miyahara, but just handing her the win like this isnt very satisfying. I want Arima to realize it on his own.

I'll admit, if you're really supposed to draw each strand of hair with that eyebrow pencil, then I think a looooooot of girls I've seen have used it so wrongly it's obvious that it's fake.

Yeah. And the girl in the title is Not Miyahara. So everyone except Miyahara is the title character.

The game isn't rigged in your favour. You just don't understand the game being played.

I don't get what point you tried to make on the first part, the manga being called "No, Miyahara, Not You!" Don't "remove" Miyahara name from the title, the story is about MC attempts to romance being spoiled by Miyahara, things are rigged against Yukihira because that is basically the central gimmick of the story

Yeah, the title is "No, Miyahara, Not You", so it's not about Miyahara. If there's a shop called "We don't sell soap", you don't expect them to sell soap.

Miyahara is an obstacle between Arima and romance, not the actual romance. In fact, from the beginning, the biggest obstacle Miyahara presented was people getting the wrong idea about what is very clearly a platonic relationship. And clearly, Miyahara is a bigger obstacle than you realise, because even YOU got the wrong idea!

The title is a reference to the main gimmick of the story, MC trying to make a move on Yukihira, and hitting on Miyahara instead, and the name being "No, Miyahara, Not You!" Don't really tank Miyahara chances, Nisekoi was named "false love"
because Raku and Chitoge relationship was false, and Raku even had a girl he liked, but in the end Raku and Chitoge love wasn't fake

About the role of Miyahara as an obstacle, it became more complex after MC himself started to question his feelings for her, she wasn't a option before, but when MC himself has doubts things become different

yeah, honestly I've been expecting the whole series that at some point Miyahara was going to realize the boy likes Yuki and would try to set them up just to create even more situations of Miya and Arima being together and have her fall for Arima along the way, never expected that Yukihira was going to try and play the wingwoman precisely because those characters usually end up with one of the parties.
