Momona was correct about it: this was pointless waste of time for her. That being said, she did happen to choose a day when Kageyama was actually spending that much time with Ryo, so rather than pointless, this might have been even misleading for her.

Yeah, I don't even know who that idol character was, either.
My notes. The FL's name seems to alternate between Ryo and Rio in different chapters.
Kageyama, <xxx1> (M)
o) ML
o) Standard dull "unwanted attention" beta
o) Secretly writing songs for Rio
o) Rio is his only friend
o) Agreed to compose one song for Momona
Natsukawa, Ryo/Rio (F)
o) FL
o) Very long blonde hair, gyaru-looking (may be mixed race)
o) Underground idol
o) Went with xxx1 to a Maid Cafe and dressed as a maid to practice being cute
o) Followed xxx1 with Nanako when he started acting sketchy and saw him meet Momona, then misunderstood their conversation
o) Tells <xxx1> "I think I'm in love. With your songs."
o) Recorded wiping sweat from an abusive fan's forehead to defuse the situation and this outs her at school
Natsukawa, Junko (F)
o) Rio's mother
o) Blonde gyaru/foreign (which?) with mole under left eye
o) Went to one of Ryo's performances in what looks like a sports bra and leggings
Kurosawa, Nanako "Nana" (F)
o) Short black hair
o) Rio's classmate and friend
o) Seems to not like <xxx1>
o) Rio is her only friend
<xxx2-family>, <xxx2> (F)
o) Medium brown(?) hair with twin tails and face framers
o) Rio fan
o) Met <xxx1> at a Live Site event and calls him an Otaku Buddy
o) Manager of a Maid Cafe
Momona (F)
o) Long black hair
o) Underground idol
o) When Rio was called out of the room she stripped and tried to seduce <xxx1> to try to get him to compose a song for her
o) <xxx1> thinks her stage presence may be better than Rio's
o) Fell in love with <xxx1>'s music on first listen
o) Seems jealous of Rio's success
