They have their moments but yes I did literally feel the ax here

last two chapters feel like someone was told the axe was approaching and is trying desperately to save it any way possible sadly. I was kind of enjoying the slow burn with the main character that didn't want to be too involved, but he quite literally made a 180. Well, let's see if this direction pays off or if the axe is truly set in stone after all.

God, I can't stand the FL's best friend. She's always negative, always belittling MC just because he's excited and motivated to produce music and help FL's career.

The manga would be much better with the author just drop her. She even doesn't seem to support FL career due to how much she hates MC.

I think the overall score for this manga is about right. It is fine to good, but nothing more. I'm happy to keep reading, but wouldn't be shocked if Axe-kun were to fall.

It does feel a bit rushed and a sudden change like this big event will be the end of the series or something like that which I hope isn't the case

Yeah after his big confession about wanting to her not to be an agency it felt like his personality did a 180 I know he wanted to help her and write songs and all that by the certain level of time and effort investment is a little bit odd. It makes me worry for this future of the series and I hope I'm wrong

HOLY FREAKING CHAPTER!!! the way the writing just turned overhead becoming slightly bit more serious and over all better with a clear sense of direction, in one chapter we got a goal, a plan with sub goals for clear progression, character development for mc (he feels that his selfishness robbed natsukawa from the buddokan so he intends to get her there to prove her choosing hem was the right decision), and finally complete the characterization of the rest of the cast mainly establishing a rival... PEAK
