Funnily enough he actually did the "King Arthur was secretly a woman" thing slightly before Fate/ was released. Once and Future. It was a little tricky to get a copy of for a few years there but it was finally republished in Blink of a Screen.

I think Hogfather was among one of my favourites of the discworld books up there with Night Watch, The Truth, Smalll Gods and The Last Continent. The tv-film adaptation by sky wasn't bad either.
