You know, I was expecting something like “Shion was an experience made inside of a lab and her mom was the crazy ass scientist who agreed to birth it”, but no. The mom is F R E A K Y in a way that puts the flushed face Shion made on the first chapter on a whole new light.

For real. Like on one hand it's nice how accepting mom is but on the other hand... it's not like she could judge anyone for their taste to be honest

Ok, here's my opinion:

My opinion is that some people are taking that chapter way too serious. This a wholesome / yuri / ecchi / comedy. Is all about laughs, cuteness and some spicy bits. There's no drama at all, except on the comments

That's my point though, it feels super misplaced in said wholesome yuri manga 😐

Then again each their own, that's just for me personally somewhat out of place and felt a little unnecessary

That was pretty wild, now I really really want a backstory chapter with Shion's family. Maybe at some point where the island with the zombie facility gets introduced to Hinata?

Also, I find the cheating comments about chapter 18 weird and some people even still bring it up. I reread it again and I can only see a hardcore fan of zombies doing hardcore fan of zombie things with her zombie friend. Her being a hardcore fan of zombies has already been portrayed on her character introductory chapter so it should be well within expectations how her reactions would be with Shion, a ZOMBIE in the flesh (pun may have been intended).

Nene and Ema even acknowledges there's a thing going on with Hinata and Shion in the same chapter, I also don't like cheating but I don't see anything of that there.

heavily agree wit ts, she is jus a hardcore zombie fan wit a zombie person in her grasps, anyone would die to be in her position. if folks count that as “cheating” frankly needa get their eyes checked bc there was no cheating done whatsoever. both them characters know damn well shion n hinata are basically a pair, all baby wanted to fulfill her fantasies wit a zombie. may seemed “sexual” but i guarantee all she was doing was pulling apart her limbs or, yk, acting like the zombies ina movie. but hey, the folks who claim that as cheating and are still bitching bout it, if yall don’t wanna put on your thinking caps be my guest 🤷🏽‍♂️
