Herma is carrying the manga. I definitely think this is a concept that should've lasted a few chapters and not this long. The characters get like 10x worse each position down on the list herma and gyno are the only characters I like. Cybele has some funny moments somtimes

Changing the subject from the characters (Herma is the best character btw), I'm predicting that Henrica has a wife and that's why she wants to preserve the Dick Devil. She was introduced by challenging Gyno's philosophy on dicks, saying they're reproductive tools and not just fun sticks. The most obvious outcome of this would be that women can get each other pregnant now.

Henrica is most likely a lesbian (or maybe just bisexual seeing how she was playing with Psallus) that's married to another woman, and has gotten her wife pregnant or is trying to. I don't think enough time has passed in universe for the child to be born, but this makes the most sense to me. Her motivation for preserving the Dick Devil would then be thinking that gay women like her deserve the right to have families like a straight couple would.

If this is all true then it would also answer the question of whether these women are true futas with all the parts or if the dick replaced their vaginas, as Henrica's wife being a victim or not should be pretty concrete evidence.

Good catch, and this was my thought as well. I'll also emphasize she uses gender neutral terms for her partner (calls them "koibito" which means "lover" instead of girlfriend/boyfriend), which could signify she isn't out. This is why I will also stick to being gender neutral about it until it's revealed.
