I just had a look at the raws for chapter 57 or something, and we see the guy driving the two girls in his car to some place and constantly peeking at their chest and fantasizing. So basically the same as this chapter.
So I guess this is a drop for me, as nothing seems to properly take place story-wise, and the guy still being the same obnoxious moron we see here.
