I mean, I'm used to thinking of it the other way 'round: Ever since the English/international branch (i.e. webtoons.com) of Naver's webtoons became a thing, a nice little bunch of the more popular previously-fan-scanlated Korean webtoons (including a couple they didn't originally own—but mostly Naver's own stuff) got official translations there (although originally the translation quality was terrible and they white-washed some of them).

I wouldn't know how they choose which of their published comics to translate for an English audience. But, the raws of this one are indeed from Line Manga—which means also part of Naver Corp.—so this one's transplant to Webtoons would seem to be just more of the same in that regard.

Though I have noticed that there's been an interesting development of originally-English-language Webtoon comics translated into non-English languages here lately. If that was what you were talking about.

For all intents and purposes, this series is a carbon copy of Ann(杏)'s other series, Love Doesn't Talk: https://mangadex.org/title/20967/love-doesn-t-talk

She uses the same, over-used, well-worn clichéd storytelling tropes here which is a shame since both series would be even far better without them.

.... This comic literally doesn't have any dialogue...what is there to translate.....

There are occassional text messages that might help some readers understand what's going on.
