Just take Deadpool. Change his gender.

Then divide "Murder Crazy" stat by 10000 and "Violence" by 50". After that multiply "Laziness" by 900000 and cap "Gamer"

Last but not least, one of the most important steps. Change preference "Chimichanga" to "Pudding". Change Culture "America" to "Japan"

Now you have. Neptune.
