Did we ever get any indication that her prophecies where especially infallible? It seemed like there where some serious flaws given how the tower raid went. I might have missed something though, someone correct me if I did.

could be afew reasons
focusing On the battle with zora distracted her,or maybe she never could directly see her own fate,
of course with the way powers worked in this world maybe she isn’t even dead like that other guy who’s stuck as a head in a bottle.
thou it’s probably gonna be because inside Agent interfered with her vision.
