Also, Ana specifically got it because she also had relationship with Rolingas (aka., the reborn fairy) before he died.

Probably the Fairy's Protection only work on direct harm, not indirect harm.
When she was put to sleep with the drug, it wasn't a direct harm. But the SA was a direct harm.
