The first pic should between 13th and 14th page and the second pic should be between 14th and 15th page. No wonder that it feels off without this missing page.
Page 7 seems to have translation error: ”I‘ve heard there is a stalemate in Est with the Kardatia Empire” doesn’t make sense considering Est is the empire and Kardatia is a town/city.

There is some truth in Duke Ramslet’s words.
In that case, why not grant him a baron’s title?
King:
Hmm…
Duke:
That’s out of the question.
That does not match the results of his achievements in this battle.
With this written order issued by Your Majesty yourself—
「ブルゼーニで勝利すれば褒美は思いのまま」 「If you achieve victory at Brzeny, the reward shall be whatever you desire.」
それには爵位も含まれると —it states that a noble rank is included.
King:
The war is still ongoing! Talk of victory is—
Duke:
それと And also—
Allen has other achievements as well.
Duke:
On my orders, the adventurer Allen infiltrated the Empire alone and returned with the results.

The reason he did not take part in the mop-up operation after reclaiming Brzeny was because of this.

Because the achievement is simply too great.
As a subject of the crown, including how he should be treated, it is my duty to first bring this to Your Majesty—
King:
……! ……!
We cannot simply leave the ducal house unattended!
(He just thought it, he didn't say it.)
Duke:
The Empire is still concealing this matter, but as for how Allen’s achievements should be rewarded, I ask that you reconsider—
huh? did this king suddenly turn stupid? i really hope MC overthrows him later on, or better yet, takes him out himself dan and in MC’s head “Ah shit, here we go again”
The King was always like that as well as a "reneger" on deals as you saw many chapters ago when the MC showed up to talk to the King. The King was already of the attitude of both reneging and claiming the MC as his own tool so that Ramlett cannot make use of the MC. I presume that the author is familiar with standard real life history where if someone is very competent, they either work for the Kingdom or they will be killed in order to prevent them from migrating and working for a competitor.
And the King's attitude on reneging on deals or debts by slaying the debt holder is also found in history. For example, King Phillip of Spain had various debt holders declared treasonous and then jailed them and then executed them in order to avoid paying debts owed to them.
