Seriously why is he naked? I've been seriously poor before. Being naked won't help in the heat and you'll be eaten by mosquitoes. He's wearing a blanket so if he was cold he'd be wearing all his clothes. So why was he naked? In fact there's a lot of art where the artist decided to draw them naked. Are they obsessed with the human body or what? Like certain parts make sense like clear fan service and possible representations of art but other times just feel..odd.

Okay story. Run of the mill cliches. Beyond the nakedness nothing really stands out here

Some quick google search shows some survey where they says 17-30% people sleep naked, and there is more if you count half-naked, its not really that unusual.

First of all a survey means nothing unless it's a large sample size.

Second, now that I'm not poor I'm able to sleep naked if I so choose but when I was poor that wasn't an option.

That's the point. Sure people sleep naked. I'm not that naive to think everyone sleeps clothed. I get that. But when you're poor depending on temperatures, bugs, etc you more than likely won't be naked.

Also mosquitoes live almost everywhere in the world(only Iceland and Antarctica are mosquito-free). I'm not sure where you live so I can't comment but for me I go outside for five/ten minutes and any exposed body part has been bitten at least twice maybe even three times. Doesn't help that I prefer dark colors...

Anyway, my point stands. The kid is poor and being naked in that type of environment more than likely won't be comfortable or practical. So it's immersion breaking for me.

that's really bad idea if u sleep naked when u r poor
there is high chance u get sick of the cold temperature or any insect, bacteria etc
you dont want spend money on meds if u r poor, too expensive to even afford

To be entirely fair they need a way to explain why a totes otherwise normal guy, no kidding would have encyclopedic knowledge of an Otome game aimed primarily at young girls.

Has anyone considered Isekai'ing an MC into an Eroge yet? At least that doesn't require explaining - just the obligatory "I hope XXXX-Kun destroyed the evidence" scene
