Seriously why is he naked? I've been seriously poor before. Being naked won't help in the heat and you'll be eaten by mosquitoes. He's wearing a blanket so if he was cold he'd be wearing all his clothes. So why was he naked? In fact there's a lot of art where the artist decided to draw them naked. Are they obsessed with the human body or what? Like certain parts make sense like clear fan service and possible representations of art but other times just feel..odd.

It's obviously summer, so rather than sleeping clothed, sleeping naked is the obvious choice to avoid being hot. He lives in the middle of a city with paved streets and his window is closed, so why would mosquitoes be a problem?

As to why the author chose to draw him naked, from the looks of it, it's probably to establish that he likes sleeping nude, leading to some awkward situation with a girl in the future. It doesn't have the feel of fanservice.

There's one other difference: I have not read or watched MobuSeka (aka Otomege Sekai) but I've read that that one's premise is the world of female supremacy, and here we won't have that.

Yeah, there are at least 2 into an NTR Eroge(+1 if you want to count an unserialized/wn), 1 into an eroge that you have to fuck to get stronger, 1 about AV isekai and 1 about a noble that the bigger the harem/girls he slept with the stronger he is(or something, don't really remember). These are the only that I can think on top of my head and found when I'm in the "mood" or randomly, so I don't keep title on them.
