Nice how while the author showed us with Modern knowledge MC can do it, but anything beyond a civvie can do is hard to accept.

What are you even talking about? Ive watched dozens, hundreds of TV shows and movies. Everybody knows that silencers make guns silent, and that a gunshot wound makes the victim fall to the ground instantly dead unless it is a limb shot.

/s incase it wasn't obvious. To add to your point this was also in a cave, which would make a gunshot even louder with the echo/reverberation

Prolly the only silver ligning is that the gun is powered by bs magic system that is Air, its basically a noisy BB gun that is lethal lmao

guessing but in those cirscuntance the silenced gunshot sound like normal to medium fart noise in the middle of a cave, that alert an experienced assasin or an paranoid high ranking bandit but thats not the case

a suppressed subsonic 9x18mm in a cave sounds like a hammer hitting a hollow sturdy wood more than a fart lol. Its loud enough to hear it inside a closed wall area where sound travel tighter than in an area in an open space.

Being that the bullet is fired with Wind Magic, it should still have enough sound generated due to the bullet flying faster than a speed of sound, an air snapping in a tunnel powerful enough to send projectile would still generate a noise powerful enough to alert everyone in the cave, the suppresor dampens the muzzle, but it would be still loud enough to alert anyone near the source of gunshot.

None of those bandits have any idea what a gunshot sounds like, let alone a suppressed (possibly subsonic) one. Maybe they'd just think someone dropped something in the cave. It looked like they were being pretty loud and rowdy as well.
If anything the cycling of the gun would be louder.

I was trying to figure out why I added this manga to follow list, then reread from chp 2 and noticed the Monica tiddy fanservice and understood. Any artist that draws full on detailed protruding nipples instead of the lazy flat pasties deserves my attention. Here's hoping it wasn't just a bait and switch in only the first few chapters, lol.

The latest raw chapter has Heroine and villainess in the nude, so no worries.

One of the myths about guns is that silencers exist, surpressors exist but actual silencers don't, because you can't silence a gun due to the explosive energy that the gunpowder or insert propellant here puts out, the difference wind magic might make in such a scenario is that because there's no kinetic blast to damage the silencing materials it may in fact be possible to silence most of the noise.

Oh and surpressors also don't effect sound that much, it's to lower muzzle flash to prevent the shooter from being spotted, commonly used by snipers in warfare.

Just saying but even with the silencer that shot would have alerted the whole cave.
Guns are loud and the silence don't remove the sound like that.

these are all air guns, the appearance is mostly decoration. he is a wind mage subclassing as thief class.

I felt the rage of the MC when he saw the ugly bastard inside that cave. The artist did a good job portraing the scene. That arc was a good read for me because it was not featured in the web novel. It felt fresh.

Anyway, is it me or anyone appreciates the artist for this manga? Generally isekais get b-grade artists, they generally don't draw so well, the faces of the character are all the same changing only the hair, the scenaries are lame and lazy. But this one? The artist here feels like A-grade, the drawing has personality to it, the character actually have faces that are distinguishable by facial features. I don't usually see these types of artists in isekais, these works generally are low cost and low quality from story to art, specially these niches like "otome game reincarnation" types.
