The story does seem to have trapped our protagonist far too much in a catch 22, why have the transmigration if you were going to force the Og character on her anyway?

I guess a workaround to avoid yelling at her staff could be maybe to just not talk to them? It might even help her mantain a bitchy/arrogant persona without actually doing anything mean.
