Who did she marry? That scumbag? What’s stand in attendance?
It doesn't say who she marries. I think the author makes a lot of omissions in order to focus on the message he is trying to convey. Personally, I don't like it at all.
By "attendance", they mean being there when the baby is born.

Really an unnecessary "twist" in my opinion. Not that I didn't expect it, but it's like trying to give a depressing "that's life" message every 2 or 3 chapters. Really disappointing.
I don't think it is depressing at all. I would say it is beautiful. They had a good relationship and became better persons because of it (or atleast Ogino did, he didn't really have any big flaws.)

I think that is a common thing in real life, even if you don't end up together you can still have a positive impact on each other.

The twist feels too on the nose. It could've just ended on the previous chapter and it would've been all ambiguous for a similar effect. I mean, if it's going to show this twist ending, what happens to Takai and Taniwaka? I feel like there's a better way to write this twist ending than an uncharacteristic time skip into a shoehorned in moral.

I feel like it tried to be "realistic" but I don't think real life is this bad. Maybe I would've liked it better if it toned down the murder and the rape and stuff, and just focused on more normal but still stressful couple struggles, bullying, falling out with friends, etc.

Yeah, the extreme violence and the MC basically being associated with so many unhinge people [murders, rapist, etc] was over the top. This is just something the author likes to add in his stories often if you read his other stuff.

You know, when I read this ending years ago. I felt disappointed too and yeah I felt "that's life" messages lol. But rereading it now, feels weird to say, it's a bit more satisfying. Maybe it's just good seeing that the MC is finally at peace with himself and has faith and self confidence in himself too instead of putting his entire self worth, purpose for life, and happiness within his girlfriend.
