I am sobbing 😭 I'm dropping this...
I know there are much worse stories than this but I can;t handle the gaslighting AND THE WORSE, she's defending her bullies LIKE WTF????????
Yeah, there was war and it is never pretty, but not only did her own kingdom sent her to this hell of a place, they sent her with no servants when she's supposed to be a princess.
The servants had one job and they chose not to do it bcus of this hatred for her country (understandable) THEY DESERVED TO BE FIRED FOR THAT.

I both dislike and like this manga? I mean it is the Enemies to Lovers trope so people may like it but I never like the trope
I especially hate one sided hostility so seeing her getting gang up makes me feel sad (it's a good thing she's a strong woman and independent though a bit too kind (I mean someone tried to kill her with that poison wtf. author do you have to make her lose there?))
I'm waiting for when things get better and see how everyone (the servants and ml) redeem themselves before I decide to drop it or not
Though with how I also like reading this I would most likely keep reading this. It is a shoujo manga so it should be rather tame and won't get to much worse and I have low standard

Thank you for the translations

I hate this type of scenario, 'you treated me like crap, let me starve and be thirsty and dirty room and no shampoo and etc' so I'll cover for you and be nice to you? Wtf no, fire them. They didn't do their job at all. They don't deserve keeping their jobs. Wtf...

If it was me I would have cried at the threat, MC is such a strong girl, she's more focused on that her husband treat her so differently than when he's with the maid, rather that he threaten her again. Sure they've been "empty" threats so far but he's certaily dangerous. I hope after the husband redeem himself in the far future he would give everything she wants (aka money for the orphanage, actulally better is to be the orphanage's not only main sponsor but also top donor of every month).

I've a feeling a lot of people will hate ML and maybe even drop this (I know I do, but I'm gonna stay because I always like redemption tropes and hope his will satisfy me).
This is definitely the enemies to lovers type of relationship so many people fond of (not me, I like friends to lovers), so we should definitely expects much worse later on in the manga since he already choke her twice in 5 chapters (same twice that he met her). People who already can't handle the first few chapters definitely should stop reading since we don't know how more intense it can get. Though, I doubt this manga will become dark.

I totaly agree that they should lose their jobs, but I think she save them because she's worried that his punishment will be death (he even prepared that poison leaf he discovered in her soup so he definitely was going to use it even without MC barging in). Considering the two times MC met him and his infamy, she probab had the idea his punishment would be heavy.
Though I do think MC is the Mary Sue type that will help the same people who treated her bad, even if the king's punishment would be light, so I definitely side with you that I dislike those tropes as well.
