As noted, new chapter should hit today (in Japan) and normally @Martingatica56 would be doing this as Mesi Ganga (he pointed me at the twitter post) but he can't do any scanslation this week so I just did it for him and half-assed the RD/TS because it's not a real chapter.

The thing is that CITY has an official translation, and here in mangadex you can't upload official translations. If you search enough you can find the official volumes somewhere on the internet. Or buy them if you have the money.

There are 13 volumes out in English. Actually, I couldn't find any agreement on the actual number of chapters, but Mangadex had 189 as the last published chapter in the metadata so I went with that. I need to dig out v13 to verify, but forget if they're numbered absolutely either. TODO!

All right, digging out volume 13 of the original run reveals it ended with chapter 186, so I'm renumbering this to 186.5.

They have been officially translated in english though, which means you can buy it or use other means

He's gonna work on CITY for half a year which means he's gonna release 1 volume.

I personally really liked how everything concluded in Volume 13 and i really wonder what he's gonna do this time.

I guess we're gonna Mr. Makabe run the CITY and i hope we'll get to see the Makabe's mother (to REALLY comfirm whether it's Yuuko or not)
