The scanlators have dropped City Hunter, so we are in this situation:
-Chapter 156 is missing
-Volume 30 is not done
-Volumes 31-33 are translated but not scanlated and the gorup which translated them won't scanlate them
-Volumes 34-35 are not done

So things left are chapter 156, volumes 30, 34 and 35 translation and scanlation, and volumes 31, 32 and 33 scanlation.

Despite being close to having all City Hunter scanlated to English, there are no groups working in it and nobody wants to scanlate it. We also have these chapters in italian, so an italian-english translation is way more easy than a japanese-english translation.

I write all of this because I'd like City Hunter scanlations to english to be complete and I'd like someone to end this (I'd love to do that myself but I don't know how to scanlate or any italian).

@Big_Boss Info about vols 31-33 translations (not scanlations, translations) are in Nerieru Scans chat which is visible in the website. They said they dropped the project, so anyone is free to use the translations (same way Kangxi Translations said anyone is free to continue the scanlation project).

I hope Mangadex picks City Hunter and finishes the work. There was also a Reddit user who wanted to join the Mangadex scanlation project if they pick City Hunter (HiDk)

Whether or not the last City Hunter volumes get translated, I'm just thankful after all these years we received quality City Hunter chapters and an anime series that is complete to watch in English.

@Lynkaster, you see I'm a leader of team tha translating this manga to russian, we currently catching up to eng translation, but there is 3 volumes of english translating that isn't edited on scans, people talked about them in this thread, would you be intrested in helping to do those?

@ Big_Boss with pleasure, if you have some usable raws, it would be nice But I'd like to take easy if possible... I'm lazy, don't wanna do all the redraw I can. I'd love this manga from the moment I read it in my childhood so I'd like to make it possible for all in english too 😄

I already downloaded the 3 volumes translation and can, if needed, translate from french but the quality of the translation will differ since the french version was even badmouthed by the author x'D
