She changed her hair from black to blonde because her mom ask her to bleach their hair together and she agreed because due to her shy, introverted, selfless personality, she wants to make her mom (who is divorced & poor) to be happy. As of why she change it back to black, i guess she (and the ML) wants to remove the ‘delinquent gal’ label that people mistakenly put on her due to her hair color & constant absence (that happened because she took multiple part time works to support her poor family)

I think it's less: 'what goal do you aim to complete with this hairdo change?' and more: 'now, for the first time, the choice is yours, what would you like?'.

Already this far but too bad I can't continue. Can't get used to those face, or those stiff pose, or the plot. I just can't enjoy any of them.

There are too many part that straight up copied from otonari tenshi and only slightly modified. But it felt like it missing something fundamental.
