Wasn’t the implication that the rotary meter did a full rotation of 100,000 all the way back to 2, making it 100,002? Something along those lines.
Yup. think it was the first chapter, two gate soldiers were arguing when one of them suddenly brough up that one guy that got a 2 Ludia Score, then the other exclaimed something along the lines of "Actually, I was there and paying close attention to the meter, I saw it make a full circle before stopping at 2." but I think the other guard dismissed this as being an impossibility, so no one did anything.

I saw the raws, MC and the gang will meet a girl who can measure better, I think she get 100.002, there was some Kanjis on the speech bubble, so I can't say 100%

So theoretically his value can be infinite as long as there is no machine capable measuring his limit.
Maybe it's 999,999,999,999

I saw the raws the number 2 refer to Ludia dimension class which for class 2 his score is between 1.000.000 and 2.000.000 (the kanji uses 100万 and 200万 which mean 1mil and 2 mil)

I was wondering when he would get his power level measured again, but it's hysterical that it's still goddamn 2.

I'm pretty sure the first measuring device measuredup to 1,000,000, but others keep saying 100,000.

Not sure who's right, on that note, I'm surprised they don't ay attention to have many times the needle spins
