Meh, seeing how the empire works, it's probably intel cover up.

The fact that Yuta is at Rudawan is basically an outdated info, yet that is what they say to her. They probably just let enough info trickle to her so she would stay and hope that she could get the info from them instead of looking for it herself.

I don't believe no one in the empire wouldn't got the notice that Emina uses her account yet no mention of her being possibly alive even mentioned.

i also think the empire knows exactly where Yuta is and hides it and i am pretty sure they will try to kill him off before she can meet him again
