Interesting revelation about human magic being a recent thing, and only the enemy being able to use it previously. Makes me wonder if the demon lords and androids are related somehow.

I tried to convey the little mage's shift in tone as she brought up the academy's demon lord, but not sure i picked the right font for that. making the bold too bold made it unreadable. The raws kinda felt like she had a bone to pick with that director.

In any case, this was my first TL, and i don't speak a lick of japanese. If there's a typo or something sounds funny, lemme know. I cross referenced cGPT/GTranslate/Deepl to extract the most meaning but things slip through the cracks, after all.

I had to go ask a mod in the discord server to open a thread for this chapter apparently they're not being auto-created anymore lol.

Seems like it is a bug though, and they'll finish bringing everything to the new comment stuff soon... maybe

They're supposed to be keeping the forum while also running the new embedded "social" comments and the issue with making forum threads is just because the social comment thing is restricted to paid supporting users for beta testing.

Though honestly it will not surprise me in the slightest if the social comment embed thing is meant to replace the forums in short order because "progress" and they're just saying the forums won't go anywhere right now because people are (rightfully) pissed about the prospect of that happening.

Magic being a recent thing and only the androids being able to use it makes me wonder if this isn't some Nier Automata type situation and all the characters except Sensei's class are androids.

Also, it was a good TL. I didn't notice any serious issues. Hopefully someone else will pick up this story again, it's a lot more interesting and unique than most isekai mangas.

yeah, in the past I remember I was checking the raws, and I think I saw it up to the end of an arc, and since I hadn't seen more plus completely forgot about it, thought it had been axed at a good point.

I do have a "dictionary of keywords" that I created while I was reading the webnovel, it is in json format though for the application I use, if you are able to copy and paste japanese words however it could be easier to get some keywords stable.

I do remember this novel had some pretty bad engrish (like LUKE instead of ROOK), and even the Katakana had some really weird terms like in the special attacks/weapons that were non-sense.

If you open them in a browser you can see the japanese characters, so I don't know if you are a programmer that may be able to create an interface for this file. Casual vibe coding can also help if you are not, just create a html file in the same folder as the dictionary.json (suppose you save it like that), and you can link and create a simple "search" input.

There are also descriptions for some words/characters names and stuff, since I used them to keep track of things.

I was a bit confused when the mage showed up, because she began calling him sage after they introduced themselves. Since everyone had called MC by teacher/sensei so far, i just decided that it must be something to do with him being a teacher and stuck to sensei, but that makes sense.

This means that different characters may call him in different ways.

Brunhilde I think calls him sensei normally
The cat girl I think called him "Sensee~" (without the i)
And japanese students called him Seiji properly
But other characters will call him "SEEJI/Sage".
