Interesting revelation about human magic being a recent thing, and only the enemy being able to use it previously. Makes me wonder if the demon lords and androids are related somehow.
I tried to convey the little mage's shift in tone as she brought up the academy's demon lord, but not sure i picked the right font for that. making the bold too bold made it unreadable. The raws kinda felt like she had a bone to pick with that director.
In any case, this was my first TL, and i don't speak a lick of japanese. If there's a typo or something sounds funny, lemme know. I cross referenced cGPT/GTranslate/Deepl to extract the most meaning but things slip through the cracks, after all.
I had to go ask a mod in the discord server to open a thread for this chapterholy christ tl after over 2 goddamn years!! hope you/someone else tl this soon! it's pretty alight read imo!
also i hate this stupid "only supporters can comment" "read older comments" bs they recently added, hope they either find a new thing that'll makes things less frustrating to comment or go back
I had to go ask a mod in the discord server to open a thread for this chapterapparently they're not being auto-created anymore lol.
Seems like it is a bug though, and they'll finish bringing everything to the new comment stuff soon... maybe
Why'd sensei crank up the shoujo mode for a sec? Surely he already has a robot waifu.

Maybe i'll see if i can do one page every here and there (otherwise i'll straight up burn out.) No promises though.Great work, if you do decide to pick it up or go further, I'm interested in your style. Thanks for the translation!
Well, thank you for your trouble. I'd throw money at you, but I'm a writer. ^_-
Oh, raws are like... Ch. 41, released last monthoh, what a surprise, not only a new chapter, but I had the impression the raws had been stopped, now I see it's still ongoing.
I had finished reading the webnovel some years ago, and I really liked it, so had been kinda sad thinking the manga had been axed, but now I stand corrected.![]()
yeah, in the past I remember I was checking the raws, and I think I saw it up to the end of an arc, and since I hadn't seen more plus completely forgot about it, thought it had been axed at a good point.Oh, raws are like... Ch. 41, released last monthvery much alive and kicking
Sure... If you could slide that dictionary to me I'd appreciate ityeah, in the past I remember I was checking the raws, and I think I saw it up to the end of an arc, and since I hadn't seen more plus completely forgot about it, thought it had been axed at a good point.
I do have a "dictionary of keywords" that I created while I was reading the webnovel, it is in json format though for the application I use, if you are able to copy and paste japanese words however it could be easier to get some keywords stable.
I do remember this novel had some pretty bad engrish (like LUKE instead of ROOK), and even the Katakana had some really weird terms like in the special attacks/weapons that were non-sense.

Thankfully the manga may have been ran through an editor first, engrish wise
dictionary.json (suppose you save it like that), and you can link and create a simple "search" input.Oh, no wonder huh. That'll explain it.Was giving a check on the characters names, and I noticed I saved "セージ" as "SAGE", and the description as "MC", if I remember correctly, people would mistake his name (Seiji), and thus he would be called "SEEJI" (which can be translated as Sage).
It's a common trope in isekai stories, where the Kanji name is converted to Katakana (foreign words). Usually the conversion is exact, but there are cases where the natives misunderstand something, and the name remains wrong for the rest of the story.
