LN explains more in detail. If remember correctly Ageha is a female demon with the form similar to a butterfly. Can control butterflies and her species is extremely hunted down as body used to make a high class jewel. Don't remember if explanation give over why her species is considered so high class over butterflies. Might be being part demon body doesn't get damaged from process of being made into jewelry or considered more beautiful than common butterflies. In any case she can understand human language and instructions, was contracted by MC when had held hand out to what he thought was just a group of common butterflies and used ability, and she led him to a safe cave outside castle where was able to procure food and water along with shelter. Think had Ageha use butterflies to chase Misuzu when on her own to near his cave so could contract her without anyone interrupting.

EDIT: Nevermind, it's clearer in the novel. His skill is actually called [Underling Training] with the kanji of [Sexual Lunatic]. His plan was to tame some demons or other soldiers to help them fight the demon lord, but he changed his mind when the class betrayed him. The tiger guy even punches him with his tiger arm. The manga did not do a good job of capturing his hatred for his traitorous classmates.
