LOL it's a manga, a comic.

There's very little real world correlation to actual teenage behavior. It's just a bunch of Shonen tropes.

Light, mindless, distraction reading which is fine. It beats contemplating how nasty and brutish the outside world has become.

But don't ever fall into the trap that this type of content in any way reflects reality in even the slightest.

Personally I would have laughed if she low-fived all three and said "Who's on first?" Then looked over at her BFF and the dense MC and winked.

Every piece of fantasy has basis in the real world. When authors write story they base their characters on what they know from the real world. They dont just add random things.
Most tropes in these story are based on something that's inspired from the real world.
