Yeah, there's a lot more in the WN. At minimum, you should read V4, as that provides the bit of extra backstory that will put everything together and explain Shion's choices and will actually answer a question I would pose at the end of V3.

I wouldn't really call those star glasses as inconspicuous. But at least it looks like the school is aware of the group being there.
So they planned a concert there and want Shion one last time with them? Or just want to hang out?
