I don’t get why Sumire is even keeping quiet at this point. She think he just gonna let her peace out back to B after she helps him bring down the country’s establishment? That’s when the real work begins. The only thing she’s succeeded in doing is cucking herself cuz he gotta pick another queen.

Agreed. Usually you see that naming type common in lighter shoujo manga about kingdoms and such, where the politics and world building typically take a backseat to romance. This manga of course is the complete opposite and I’d read it even if Sumire didn’t exist and there was no romance whatsoever. Even naming him king Arthur seems kinda lazy.
I wonder if the author was trying to be subversive and parody those kinds of shoujo manga, or maybe it was an editor decision?
