As far as I can tell, she hasn't told the King about the swap. It'd take a visit from a member of Kingdom B's court to call her out, if she hasn't told him herself by now.

Christina is a complicated character in this story since we don't know her motivations (and I'm pretty sure she doesn't know what she wants either.) Since this story gets a lot of inspiration from Tudor era, I wonder if Chrstina's trying to pull off a Katherine Parr ending where after two marriages she's done playing along with her family's ambitions and decides to elope with the man she always loved (Kay...?)
