Colleagues at work don't really need to know that much about your hobbies. If they are friends in addition to being colleagues, then it could be a different thing. Although naturally there are plenty of people who freely spread the information, posting on Instagram and Youtube under their own name and advertising the channels. Though I'm not sure if crossdressing is that often such a publicly announced hobby, as opposed to running marathons, sailing, travelling to distant countries, and such.
