If we're talking office culture it's been known that women have a harder time because people be bitching. So if we take the two views we have on them then Amata is for sure being fawned over, the gossip from the first chapter, and is thus seen in a better light. So whenever Hanku wants to correct him she'll be seen as the bad guy regardless.
The two times we've seen her interact with him in the office there hasn't been anything she's said that's overly harsh. It's just her internal thoughts. And of course her facial expression at the end there. But again, you're literally just asking a coworker to review some documents, people are calling you a bitch for trying to correct him, and said coworker is staring at you mindlessly and then HE gets embarrassed which then leads to people thinking you were bullying him.
Like??? Idk how it's going to pan out in future chapters, but y'all are being like the office ladies in this situation.
She's literally just doing her job that I'm sure none of them are paid enough to do, and his existence quite literally makes things harder for her just because she wasn't on the side that fawns over him for being attractive. Because she's willing to correct him and that to the other women who view him with rose colored glasses, which means we don't really know his actual quality of work if we balance out the views of the office ladies and Hanku.
"He looks so embarassed" cause he got caught staring. "Hanku-san what did you do" nothing. she just caught him staring when he should've been paying attention to the request she was making as a coworker.
Should be mad at the office ladies, sure. But it's not like this isn't a thing people do where they misplace their anger. Though I don't think it's misplaced so much as unfairly distributed.
