[Contest] IEEE WIE Manga Story Contest 2024

There's an ongoing manga story writing contest hosted by IEEE WIE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers Women In Engineering) from which up-to 6 six stories will be selected to be made into a proper Manga (in English)

Deadline: 3 May, 2024

Some things to keep in mind are:
* You'll need an IEEE Membership number to submit the story, So, you or someone you know must have an IEEE ID, If you're in college maybe your college has an IEEE society that has one?

* The manga story has to be on Riko-chan, the character of which originated from the 2021 manga contest, You can read other stories made on her by checking out winning stories of the 2023 manga contest (which were also to be made on her):

* And that,

Winning authors must transfer copyright to IEEE for publication.

yup yup, They have has manga contests since 2020 if I remember correctly, Although the first one was limited to japan AFAIK
