She's a glass cannon. If Suuna didn't have immunity to Ruka's charms she'd probably melt into putty like every other girl. As things are, Ruka's lack of defense makes her especially vulnerable to Suuna's random critical hits.

Suuna, on the other hand, is denser than a black hole. No matter how high your attack stat is, she nullifies it through sheer social ineptitude.
