If I had to weigh in, I believe that it's days where she's planning to do the shaboingboing with him. Although never explicitly mentioned, I think her embarrassment speaks for itself. 😂

If serious: my guess, given she mentions family plans, is that those are the best days to try to conceive.

This is a good guess, especially given the origin of this series, though she specifically mentions "future" (将来的な）so they're likely not quite there yet in this time period.

They're still in college, so probably rather than specifically trying to conceive it's more like days where they'll have time to act like they're trying.

I think this is the most correct interpretation of it.

Or safe days that they can do it raw

Unfortunately, the actual planner doesn't give us many great clues. If anyone is curious, the planner says:

Thursday: New Year Sale (Planning to replace refrigerator) [新年セール（冷蔵庫 新調予定]
Friday: Dinner with Kaito / 8:00 Reservation [海斗とごはん/8:00予約]
Saturday: Book return [本返却]

This places them either after they've moved in together in college or are married, which is still a really wide range of time.
