Cover and thumbnail not being the same.

I'm not sure whether this unique to Seito Kaichou desu ga Josou Hajimemashita (19902) or not, but I found the issue there.

The cover image and the thumbnail of this image are different. I have no idea why.

If it gets fixed automatically or something, cool. But I wanted to point this out while it's still there.

The preview showing in search results is the same as the cover showing the title page.
The thumb link is indeed a different image, but where does it show?
